Service Description

Classes involve poetry/quotes, seasonal syncing, gentle & deeply nourishing Qigong & Yin Yoga, herbal tea, & guided meditation. No experience is necessary. Please note this is a hybrid class - it is live streamed via Insight Timer, no class participants are filmed, only Freya.

For class cancellations please give as much notice as possible, if less than 24hrs the full class fee will be charged. For retreat and workshop cancellations please give as much notice as possible, if someone fills your spot a full refund will be issued.
