WATER ELEMENT NOURISHMENT
Come fill your cup with this 60-minute class. In this session, we nourish our Water Element, involving our Kidney & Urinary Bladder meridians, with tapping, Yin Yoga and a guided meditation. Please have a snuggly blanket, bolster, 2 yoga blocks (or equivalent) & pillows ready for practice together.

This video recording is for those of you who have attended classes or a FeetUp workshop with me previously, where safety has been shown and discussed. Yang & Yin to Relax Neck & Shoulders, Open the Heart + Full MBSM
In this session we share some Yang & Yin movements to help relax the neck and shoulders, a favourite poem by Michael Leunig, and the full Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation. Please have a pillow, blocks, and snuggly blanket ready for practice together.
ACUYIN to Boost Immunity, Energy, & Digestion
During this sequence acupoints and yin poses are shared to help boost our immunity, energy, and digestion. We finish with a light guided meditation. Please note, it is advised to avoid stimulating certain acupoints when you are pregnant, this is discussed further in this class.
