I created this YOQI® qigong flow to help you RECONNECT to your self, your surrounds and higher source. Together we RENEW and build resilience, balance, unconditional love and wisdom. Qigong to Release the Past & Accept the Present
I created this YOQI® qigong flow to support emotional healing—particularly grief, sadness, and depression. This gentle yet powerful flow helps: * Tenderly re-open and balance the Heart, * Deeply nourish the Lungs, * Release the old—stagnant emotions, attachments, and patterns, * Cultivate courage, protection, and presence, * Strengthen the Spleen and support clarity and intention.
