Classes involve poetry/quotes, seasonal syncing, gentle & deeply nourishing Yin Yoga, herbal tea, & guided meditation (Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation). No experience is necessary. Please contact Freya (query link on site) with any questions.

For class cancellations please give as much notice as possible, if less than 24hrs the full class fee will be charged. For retreat and workshop cancellations please give as much notice as possible, if someone fills your spot a full refund will be issued.
