Why Meditate? (Part 1)

If you are just starting your journey with meditation, or even if you have a well established practice, it is helpful to know why you are meditating. There will be days when you just don't feel like it, or you might feel like you don't have the time (particularly in the first 6 - 8 weeks when you are trying to make daily meditation a new habit) so working out why you are meditating in the first place will help you stay on the path.
